Martin Robinson – Manager
I am responsible for the strategic management and development of
Blackland Farm Training and Activity Centre. I ensure that it
operates effectively and in line with the ethos and values of
Girlguiding UK.
Bryn Beach – Assistant Manager
Working as part of a team, I develop Blackland Farm as a
Girlguiding UK centre of excellence, providing an effective
service to members and ensuring that all visitors have a positive
experience when visiting the centre.
Angela Lewis – Administrative Assistant
I provide customer and administrative support and process the
bookings for camping and day activities.
Rebecca Horsfall –Finance Administrator
I provide customer and administrative support and process
accounts for Blackland Farm.
Mark Sanger, Tom Webb-Bowen – Senior Activity
Instructors
We organise and deliver activity sessions in order to maximise
the use of the centre in accordance with the needs of the
client.
Activity instructors
We organise and deliver activity sessions ranging from kayaking
to abseiling, and from zip wire to archery.
Camp assistants
We ensure that campsites and buildings are clean and tidy and
that all camp equipment is maintained.
Shop assistants
We serve customers, ensuring best practice at all times and
treating all shop customers, whether adults or children, with equal
respect.
