Our staff

Martin Robinson – Manager

I am responsible for the strategic management and development of Blackland Farm Training and Activity Centre. I ensure that it operates effectively and in line with the ethos and values of Girlguiding.

Jane Stephens – Assistant Manager

I look afer the day-to-day running of the centre and activities that take place.  I line manage the Senior Activity Instrucors and take responsibility for the Activity Instructors, supporting the Senior Activity Instructors.

Tom Webb-Bowen – Senior Activity Instructor

I organise and deliver activity sessions in order to maximise the use of the centre in accordance with the needs of the client and supervise the day-to-day work of the Activity Instructors.

Angela Lewis – Administrative Assistant

I provide customer and administrative support and process the bookings for camping and day activities.

Rebecca Horsfall – Finance Administrator

I provide customer and administrative support and process accounts for Blackland Farm.

Activity Instructors       

We deliver activity sessions ranging from kayaking to abseiling, and from zip wire to archery.

General Assistants

We ensure that campsites and buildings are clean and tidy and that all camp equipment is maintained and run and maintain the site shop.
